We are looking for a highly skilled NetSuite ERP Solution Specialist to lead the continued implementation of our NetSuite ERP system across Europe and AMEA business units. This pivotal role will also support and enhance the system for business units already live on NetSuite.

This role involves some travel across EMEA. You could expect to travel 1-2 times per Quarter.


Managing the Platform

  • Review the NetSuite set-up of the existing Live Legal Entities. Look for opportunities to standardize and optimize the set up and processes.
  • Prepare standard procedure documentation that can then be used and modified to meet local needs in each BU.
  • Document and implement central processes for the management of NetSuite, for example: monthly and quarterly close routines, inter-company, fx management.
  • Configure workflows and troubleshoot issues within finance applications.
  • Develop reports and templates for use across BU’s
  • As a super-user provide training to other NetSuite users.
  • Advise users on Best Practice, propose solutions and advice on other NetSuite modules that could add value, improving efficiencies and/or better reporting.
  • Work with the Finance Team to resolve day-to-day problems. Liaise with NetSuite or Local Partners as required.
  • Working with the Portfolio teams ensure control of the Chart of Accounts is maintained
  • Participate in the Steering Committee (both internal and with NetSuite and/or other Partners). Proactively advise on areas for improvement or development.
  • Provide advice on Integrations, notably on accounting issues, for example integrations to other Reporting systems, Chrome River Expenses, Workday Adaptive and other third-party systems.
  • Support Compliance and audit activities by ensuring proper controls and documentation are maintained
  • Provide Support to NetSuite Users, manage tickets.

Implementations

  • Our aim across Europe is that all Legal Entities will be LIVE on NetSuite by the end of 2026
  • 2025 – planned implementations include 7 legal entities. We aim to acquire 2-4 new companies each year, that will need to be brought onto NetSuite within 6 months of acquisition.
  • Our aim is to reduce our dependence on external partners for all implementations. Assist in defining the requirements and the SOW. Look to copy set ups from other existing Legal Entities and to build NetSuite skills within the BU and Group teams. Be trained in new entity creation in NetSuite.
  • Partner with the Local Finance Team to plan, track and oversee the implementation. Advise on NetSuite best practice.

Other

  • Whilst this position is focused on NetSuite there could be a requirement going forward to work on other system implementations and integrations for Finance

Personal Specification

  • Good financial system knowledge. Experience of implementing NetSuite ERP in a Business Unit.
  • Good financial accounting base
  • Strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently. Project management experience is a plus.
  • Hands on approach to system implementations, ability to configure financial systems (with support from partners where necessary)
  • High computer literacy, with particular reference to accounting and management software and their application in a software / project environment.
  • Self-starter, ability to take initiatives.
  • Ability to build trust relationships with other members of the Finance and IT teams
