Job description

Game Developer – Cross-Platform (Unity + HTML5)

Remote – Full Time, Turkey

CrazyGames.com, one of the world’s largest browser game platforms with over 40 million monthly active users, is growing its publishing efforts – and we’re looking for a talented Game Developer to join the journey.

As part of our fast-moving Publishing team, you’ll help bring high-quality games to mobile and other platforms, either by working on our own IPs or supporting external studios. You’ll port, update, and enhance games across platforms and integrate key systems like analytics, ads, and SDKs – all with one goal: ship more great games to more players.

Key outcomes for the role:
  • Within 1 month, you’ve successfully ported and released at least one HTML5 game to mobile (or vice versa), including full SDK setup.

  • Within 3 months, you’ve helped ship several titles across platforms, and built strong working systems for analytics, ads, and release management.

  • Within 6 months, you’ve taken ownership of our technical porting pipeline, regularly supporting external devs and improving integration workflows.

  • Within 12 months, you’ve played a key role in scaling our publishing output across multiple platforms.

On a typical day you might:
  • Port a promising HTML5 game to Android/iOS using Unity or Capacitor.

  • Add monetization and analytics SDKs (e.g., AdMob, Unity Ads, Firebase) to a new release.

  • Troubleshoot a mobile build issue for a partner studio and suggest improvements.

  • Optimize game performance across devices and browsers.

  • Collaborate with the Publishing Manager on timelines and upcoming releases.

  • Maintain and version your work using Git and document processes for repeatability.

What we offer:
  • Join a rapidly growing publishing team at a company with 40M+ monthly users and proven platform reach.

  • Make a real impact by helping us grow our catalog of published mobile and cross-platform titles.

  • A lot of responsibility and freedom. We hire only experts and trust them to deliver excellent results.

  • Flexible working hours and location. The results are what counts!

  • 1 to 2 team weeks per year. We pay for flights and accommodation so you can have fun with the team.

  • The opportunity to play games and claim it's work.
