About Penbrothers

Penbrothers is an HR & remote talent management partner and one of the fastest growing companies in the Philippines. We provide talented Filipinos with global opportunities in high-growth startups and dynamic companies, from the comfort of their own homes.

About the Client

This client unlocks responsible, active institutional investment in single-family residential property at scale - raising expectations for what renting should be, one household at a time. Using its cutting-edge technology platform, the company identifies areas with an unmet need for quality rented homes and acquires the right properties in these areas at scale. Once acquired, the expert team transforms these properties into modern, environmentally efficient homes that residents will love. Residents receive a market-leading service – with  three-year tenancies offered as standard, a dedicated app, and quick responses to issues.

Founded in 2016, the business is partnered with some of the world’s best real estate investors and backed by a range of leading venture investors including LocalGlobe, A/O Proptech, Zoopla, and Sustainable Future Ventures.

About the Role

Building property portfolios is central to what we do, and business success in large part hinges on accurate property forecasting and excellent portfolio management.
