Overview
Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking a dedicated and experienced CLM/T360 Legal Platform Owner to oversee the management and optimization of our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and T360 legal platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring these platforms effectively support our legal operations, enhance contract management and legal billing processes, and drive efficiency across the organization.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Platform Management: Serve as the primary owner of the CLM and T360 platforms, ensuring their functionality aligns with business needs and legal requirements.
- Lead design and implementation of Gallagher’s Ironclad CLM platform.
- Handling Gallagher’s Legal eBilling platform and processing invoices.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline contract management processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with legal, compliance, IT, and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure the platforms meet organizational needs.
- System Configuration: Oversee the configuration and customization of the platforms to support evolving business processes and legal standards.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for users to maximize platform utilization and provide ongoing support to address user queries and issues.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with platform vendors to lead updates, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service levels are maintained.
- Data Management: Ensure data integrity and security within the platforms and facilitate reporting and analytics to support decision-making.
- Project Management: Lead projects related to platform enhancements, integrations, and migrations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the platforms comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements, and support risk management initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years experience, preferably in Computer Science/Info Systems/MIS, Mathematics/Statistics
- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
Highly Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Legal Studies, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a product owner in an agile environment preferred.
- Confirmed experience in managing CLM and/or legal technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of contract management processes and legal operations.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in system configuration and data management.
- Experience within the insurance, benefits, HR, and/or financial industry preferred
- Experience working within Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to configure Cloud application preferred.
- Ability to conduct Unit testing and to troubleshoot issues arising out of testing preferred.
- Experience with Data Migration and Hypercare production support activity preferred.
