We’re on the lookout for a Quality Analyst to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!


The Challenge

As we open more stores, we need someone who can help us uphold a high standard of quality across all our online stores. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring that every customer-facing detail meets our standards before going live. If you're someone who has a sharp eye for details and can put yourself in the shoes of a customer, we want to hear from you.

Ready to make an impact? Here’s what we’re looking for…

  • You have at least 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance
  • You have hands-on experience with e-commerce webshops, specifically with Shopify stores
  • You have a strong eye for user experience and functionality
  • You are familiar with using Google Sheets or similar tools for tracking QA activity
  • Prior experience in a similar role is essential

No coding required for this role.


Your main responsibilities will include..

  • Run quality checks on all our stores
A. Test core functionality and make sure everything works as it should

B. Review the user experience (UX) and identify areas that feel confusing, slow, or broken

C. Check newly imported products regularly for errors or inconsistencies

  • Send the team your comments and make sure everyone knows what needs fixing
  • Log your QA findings and activity clearly in internal sheets
  • Report your work and insights to your manager

  • Regularly catch issues before customers do
  • Flag areas for improvement that lead to better conversions or fewer complaints
  • Reports are consistent, clear, and actionable

Overview of Our Interview Process 

Application Submission - We’ll start by reviewing your application.

  1.  Test Gorilla Assessment - You will be invited to take a 19-minute written examination to help us assess your fitness for the role and our team. Please note that passing this stage is crucial to move forward in the hiring process.
  2. Initial Contact - Our Recruiter will reach out to you to discuss the next steps
    1. HR Initial Interview
  3. Final Interview
    1. Meet with the Hiring Manager.
  4. Offer Discussion - If all goes well, we'll discuss the offer and invite you to our pre-onboarding process.
  5. Pre-Onboarding Process
    1. Background Check: Verification of your identification and declared address.
    2. Reference Check: We’ll contact your three references for their feedback.
  6. Onboarding: Once all checks are completed, we’ll initiate the onboarding process.
