Job description

Marketing Executive

UK, Portugal, Netherlands (remote with occasional travel to Wrangu offices or events)

At Wrangu, we empower organisations to confidently manage data privacy, security, governance, risk, and compliance—working exclusively within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

We’re hiring a Marketing Executive to step into a pivotal role supporting our marketing strategy following the recent promotion of our Senior Marketing Executive to Head of Marketing.

We’re looking for a creative, driven, and detail-oriented marketer to build on that foundation—elevating our campaigns, content, and brand presence, and shaping how the world sees and engages with Wrangu.

Day to day you’ll:
  • Work with the Head of Marketing to create standout content for blogs, social media, emails, website, and events that aligns with the Wrangu brand and tone.
  • Manage and deliver digital campaigns across platforms to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Own our social media strategy and calendar, with a sharp focus on performance and growth.
  • Maintain and improve our website (WordPress), ensuring SEO best practices and clear UX.
  • Support the planning and execution of online and in-person events, webinars, and workshops—including event promotion, brand-aligned materials (e.g. slides, booths, merchandise), and follow-up engagement.
  • Design engaging marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (bonus: video editing in Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social tools, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitor research and contribute to campaign planning by spotting trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Sales, and the Head of Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
You’ll have
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing—ideally in B2B, SaaS, or tech.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and execute campaigns using HubSpot, WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing tools.
  • Strong content writing skills—clear, concise, and on-brand across different formats.
  • High visual standards with experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video editing skills are a plus.
  • Experience supporting event coordination and understanding of marketing’s role in sales enablement.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to draw insights from performance metrics.
  • Organised, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote, cross-functional team.
  • Interest in data privacy, governance, risk, compliance, and platforms like ServiceNow.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
