Job description

Position Overview:

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the client engagement process, helping prospective clients understand how our services can address their pain points and improve their operations. All client interactions are inbound. there is no cold calling. Appointments are pre-scheduled based on your availability, offering you maximum flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales Process

  • Conduct scheduled sales calls with prospective clients (no cold calls).
  • Address client needs, identify challenges, and explore how our services can provide solutions.
  • Follow up with clients via email to recap meetings and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Document call notes and client interactions in the HubSpot CRM system.
  • Prepare and send customized proposals using Proposify.
  • Manage proposal acceptance, project setup in Box.com, and team briefing documents.
  • Provide clients with materials needed to initiate projects with our team.
  • Track and update project statuses in HubSpot.

Support & Communication

  • Respond to inbound email and phone inquiries regarding services.
  • Collaborate with internal staff to provide quotes and follow up with clients for additional service needs.
  • Submit invoices for approved services and follow up on outstanding payments.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role (preferably in healthcare, consulting, or B2B services)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
  • Ability to draft clear, professional proposals (experience with Proposify a plus)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with flexible scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client touchpoints
