We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Architect to collaborate closely with our multidisciplinary teams to architect and deliver cutting-edge digital solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a structured implementation plan for establishing the Business Architecture function, including key objectives, timelines, resources, and milestones.
  • Design and execute a business engagement plan outlining stakeholder communication strategies, engagement methods, and participation tracking.
  • Conduct a comprehensive review and gap analysis of existing business and digital capability artefacts to inform future state design.
  • Identify and document key value streams aligned with the client's strategic initiatives, detailing inputs, outputs, activities, and stakeholders.
  • Create a baseline Business Capability Model (Levels 1 and 2) for core functions, facilitating stakeholder workshops to iterate and refine it.
  • Map business capabilities to digital capabilities, identifying overlaps, gaps, and inconsistencies, and propose actionable resolutions.
  • Identify and prioritise areas for detailed Level 3 capability analysis using defined methodology based on value, risk, and performance.
  • Document and communicate the chosen Business Architecture methodology, including approaches for value stream development and repository structuring.
  • Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business architecture work with enterprise-level strategy and planning processes.
  • Contribute to functional maturity planning and knowledge transfer to support the future in-house business architecture capability.
