Responsibilities

  • Support the team in collecting and organising existing business documents and data. Take notes and capture actions during stakeholder meetings and workshops.
  • Assist with basic data entry and maintaining up-to-date records in shared repositories and tools.
  • Help prepare presentation materials, reports, and diagrams for team and client use.
  • Update tracking documents for deliverables, milestones, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Perform simple comparisons between current and proposed business processes or models.
  • Help coordinate stakeholder availability and scheduling for workshops and interviews. Support the collation of feedback from stakeholders and document key points.
  • Organise and maintain folders, templates, and document versions in line with team standards.
  • Liaise with internal team members to ensure timely completion of small tasks and follow-ups.
