What Challenges Await You? We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Manager to manage the flow of work, prioritize tasks, and ensure seamless communication among team members. This position is expected to play a crucial role managing the flow of work, prioritizing and following up team members while bridging the gap between customer needs and technological solutions. Duties and Responsibilities: ●Working closely with all customers and internal team to ensure delivery aligned with plans and commitments. ●Experience working with remote teams and asynchronous communication. ●Take charge of coordinating the workflow, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring the timely completion of assignments. ●Provide motivation and direction to ensure project goals, objectives and milestones. ●Integration Projects Planning and follow up through completion. ●Act as a communication bridge between various team members, facilitating collaboration and ensuring a smooth exchange of information. ●Lead and conduct in-depth analysis of complex business requirements, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives while collaborating with the technical team to ensure the feasibility of execution. ● Negotiation with B2B customers and B2B executives ●Develop detailed system design specifications, considering scalability, reliability, and performance, and ensure alignment with business goals and organization’s architecture and standards ●Collaborate on the translation of functional requirements into testing matrices for the QA team, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. ●Implement and enforce best practices for quality assurance and testing processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality solutions. ●Act as a primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the development team, maintaining clear and open communication to manage expectations and ensure successful project outcomes. ●Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and other relevant materials. Minimum Requirements ●Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. ●+3 years of experience leading cross-functional teams ●+4 years of experience as a Functional Analyst or in a similar role on a B2B SaaS or Software Development Company. ●Proficiency in requirements, analysis, and documentation. ●Strong communication and presentation skills. ●Strong understanding of software development life cycle. ●Experience with Quality Assurance processes and best practices. ●Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex issues and provide effective solutions.
