Reporting to the Ancillary Systems Manager, the Laboratory Applications Analyst will work closely with ONE HITS technical, business, ancillary and clinical teams, primarily to support operations for our member sites.

This includes, but is not limited to ongoing regional governance and operational support of the Laboratory Information System, Lab module, Blood Bank module, Microbiology module and Pathology module as well as system monitoring, issue resolution, system maintenance and ongoing optimizations and implementation of system changes required by member sites.

The Laboratory Applications Analyst will participate in and support governance through team working groups and committees as well as operational standardization and optimization.

Analysts have an important role to play as customer service representatives, building and fostering relationships with our member healthcare sites.
