  • Deliver all client reporting requirements in a timely manner and assist with client contact changes.

Job description

Position Summary:  

Interacts with Clients to process and provide information in response to inquiries about accounts, products, and services.   

 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures a 24-hour turnaround time to all Client phone call inquiries and email inquiries 
  • Manages Client Direct Payment Reconciliation Procedures
    • Processes direct payment and adjustment reports that have been uploaded or emailed from our Clients.
    • Monitors internal Client direct pay activity reporting, scheduling and facilitating inventory reconciliations when needed.
    • Actively reaches out to Clients for direct payment inquiries
  • Manages web note submissions from our Clients. (Direct Payment, Recall, Hold).
  • Assists with Client Contact changes.
  • Properly delivers all Client reporting requirements in a timely manner.
  • Adheres to ConServe’s Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program

Education: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Skills/ Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of billing/account clerk or related work experience required.
  • One (1) year of Client interaction experience preferred.
  • Six (6) months of direct phone or in person customer interaction experience
  • Manage escalated administrative/billing tasks from team.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to act independently to resolve problems.
  • Good verbal communication skills 
  • Proven attendance history
  • Ability and history of maintaining confidentiality and high level of trustworthiness.
  • Ability and history of interacting well with team members and customers in a professional manner while maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and e-mail preferred. 
  • The ability to telework. A teleworker is defined as an employee who works for ConServe from a home, or other remote office, for all of the regularly scheduled work week. A teleworker uses telecommunication technologies, including, but not limited to, soft telephones, virtual facsimiles, computers, electronic mail, and remote Internet connections to access work remotely on a pre-determined basis 
  • Secure internet connection, to plug in ConServe equipment into a hardline Ethernet port
  • A private work area in which work activities can be conducted
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or our Clients

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. 
  • Ability to sit or remain sedentary for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
  • Ability to talk and listen on a phone for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
  • Ability to type on a computer for your entire work shift (8, 9, or 10 hour shift)
