Title: Assistant Manager – Business Strategy

Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Role Overview:
As an Assistant Manager – Business Strategy, you will support both client-facing and internal strategic projects. This role requires excellent financial acumen, strong business writing skills, and the ability to deliver consulting-grade presentations and models. Key Responsibilities
1. Build complex financial models in Excel (cash flows, valuations, scenario planning, etc.).
2. Create polished, high-impact PowerPoint decks aligned with Tier-1 consulting standards.
3. Draft business plans, licensing dockets, SOPs, and regulatory documents with clarity and precision.
4. Support clients and internal stakeholders with regulatory research, compliance documentation, and market-entry planning.
5. Independently manage strategic projects while collaborating virtually with cross-functional teams.
6. Ensure timely delivery and quality control across all outputs in a remote work setting.

What We’re Looking For
1. MBA (Finance) or Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of relevant experience.
2. Advanced Excel skills – strong command over formulas, financial modeling, and scenario tools.
3. PowerPoint mastery – must be capable of producing investor-ready and consulting-standard presentations.
4. Strong business writing and drafting skills for policies, reports, and regulatory documents.
5. Experience with business licensing, regulatory compliance, or financial institutions is a strong plus.
6. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage projects independently in a remote environment.
