Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:
  • Contract type: Independent Contractor
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday;10:00 AM-2:00 PM California Time

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for e-commerce and social media? We're looking for a proactive and tech-savvy individual to help manage and grow our online store and digital presence. In this role, you'll take the lead on maintaining our Shopify storefront—adding products in bulk, creating collections, launching promotions—and play an active role in expanding our brand across Instagram and Twitter.

If you're experienced with Shopify, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and enjoy engaging with communities online, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We’re seeking someone who combines precision with creativity, is confident in their communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced digital environment.


Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the online store using Shopify
  • Bulk add new products with excel sheet on Shopify
  • Add new products, create and organize collections
  • Perform bulk edits to product listings as needed
  • Schedule and launch sales and promotions on the website
  • Engage with followers by commenting on client posts (Instagram, Twitter)
  • Send direct messages to potential buyers and clients
  • Help grow social media presence through daily interaction and outreach

Requirements
  • Hands-on experience using Shopify and understanding of its features
  • Multitasker and Detail oriented
  • Ability to bulk edit and manage products
  • Skilled at adding new products and creating product collections
  • Can confidently set up and launch sales or discounts
  • Familiar with using Instagram and Twitter professionally
  • Comfortable engaging by commenting on client posts
  • Able to send direct messages to potential buyers and clients
  • Strong written communication skills and friendly online presence
