Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist for our growth marketing team in the US. This teammate helps in building and managing influencer lists based on client parameters, handling outreach, tracking, and reporting on engagement metrics, and facilitating contract closures. Additionally, responsibilities include supporting organic social content creation, coordinating with design teams, performing light design work, managing community engagement, and tracking project statuses, with occasional ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The Role

• Build lists of qualified influencers based on client parameters (# of followers, engagement, content alignment with the brand's mission, estimated CAC, etc.)
• Manage tracking spreadsheet and provide reporting (# of outreaches, response rate)
• Templated outreach and coordination - client to provide templates
• Manage outreach administrative / data entry touch-points
• Escalating issues when appropriate re: contract negotiation and / or deliverables
• Facilitation of contract closing
• Draft project briefing documents, with client guidance, so influences can understand product messaging and guidelines for content creation
• QC ongoing campaigns (review if content posted is within the guidelines)
• Perform ad-hoc operations tasks as needed

• Support creation and drive execution of a monthly content calendar
• Monitor analytics and deliver performance reporting
• Coordinate with in-house design team for creatives and copy
• Light design work in Canva - client willing to lean in on training as needed
• Post organic content on social platforms - client to provide copy and creative
• Community management (monitor / engage on social within client provided framework)
• Track various data / project statuses using GSheets / Excel or PM tool
• Scan competitor posts and provide notes on potential content ideas
• Research and build lists of relevant TikTok and Instagram influencers/creators
• Track attribution data / engagement as well a hit a conversation goal

The Requirements:

• 2+ years experience executing influencer marketing or affiliate marketing campaigns
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience with Aspire/Grin for influencer marketing (or similar tool)
• Intermediate experience with Excel / GSheets
• Ability to work EST
• 2+ years experience with organic social management for Meta and TikTok
• 1+ years experience with a social management platform like Hootsuite/similar
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT
• Ability to work EST

Nice-to-have:

• Design experience in Canva for social posts
• Graphic design experience with Photoshop
• Video editing experience with CapCut
