Roles and Responsibilities : | Develop and Maintain Business Continuity Plans: l Design, implement, and regularly maintain/update Ø Business Continuity Plans per campaign/support group Ø Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan Ø Incident Management Plan Ø Crisis Management Plan Ø Disaster Recovery Plans, etc. Conduct Business Impact Analysis: l Perform regular analyses to assess the potential l Prioritize essential functions and develop strategies to l Create analytics and reports based on these analyses, Lead Continuity Testing and Exercises: l Organize and execute testing and simulation exercises l Evaluate the effectiveness of plans and make Manage Continuity Resources: l Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of necessary l Drive internal awareness and understanding through l Keep abreast of industry best practices and trends, l Ensure Compliance: l Maintain business continuity plans in accordance with l Act as a subject matter expert for BCM related activities.
