As a Product Manager at Aspire, you will lead the development and optimization of digital products and services that enhance customer experiences and drive business growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and strategy to delivery and performance analysis—ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business objectives.
What you’ll do
Define and execute comprehensive product strategies, including market research, business case development, and roadmap creation. Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Develop and optimize digital products such as loyalty programs, mobile apps, and interactive experiences to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, collaborating with internal and external technology partners to integrate innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance. Analyze user data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and reduce operational costs through technology and automation.
Serve as the product ambassador, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in product management within the retail or digital transformation sectors, with a strong understanding of customer experience and business strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
Understanding of the shopping mall ecosystem, including digital platforms, customer engagement strategies, and operational processes.
Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices as defined by ISO/SOC or similar.
