You’ll play a key role in shaping how things work behind the scenes — designing, improving, and simplifying the processes that keep us moving forward.  You’ll be working with teams across the business to build processes that are efficient, intuitive, and built for real people. Whether it’s a bottleneck in operations or a customer journey that could be smoother, you’ll dig into the details and turn insight into action.  You’ll help us create better ways of working — and make sure they stick.

  • Is a curious thinker, is confident with data and thrives on problem-solving
  • Has a strategic mindset paired with a practical, get-things-done approach
  • Has strong knowledge of process frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar)
  • Someone who thrives on clarity, simplicity and meaningful change
