About the Role:
This business analyst role combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of the fintech and crypto landscapes. Your mission will be to drive seamless business integrations with payment providers, KYC platforms, crypto-liquidity pools, and risk management systems. You will create and optimize business processes internally to support new integrations and services, ensuring that they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to both our customers and users.

Your Role:

Gather, structure, and document business requirements in English for specific products or features
Develop and document business processes and regulations, define performance criteria, and align them with internal teams and stakeholders
Translate high-level ideas into detailed, functional specifications
Analyze third-party documentation and APIs to design integration flows
Collaborate with analytics teams to build dashboards and track product performance
Conduct conversion funnel analysis, identify issues, and form hypotheses for improvement
Support key partners and internal teams with process knowledge and documentation
Monitor key metrics to optimize and iterate on internal and external product processes

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience working with B2B or B2B2C fintech products
Experience in conversion funnel analysis, hypothesis generation, and working with analytics
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Power BI, Mixpanel) is a strong plus
Strong communication skills: ability to clearly structure and present ideas to cross-functional teams
Ability to challenge product and engineering decisions to ensure the best outcomes
Experience in modeling business processes (UML or BPMN notations)
Solid understanding of API documentation and integration logic
Analytical mindset and systematic approach to identifying edge cases and solving complex problems
Skilled in stakeholder interviews and turning findings into clear, actionable documentation
