Energy Analyst, Energy Efficiency Program
Location:  Remote (Oklahoma Preferred)

Come join our team as an Energy Analyst supporting commercial energy efficiency programs in Oklahoma. The Energy Analyst will work with a cross-functional team of program management, finance, technical, and marketing personnel. You will be responsible for the preparation and submission of weekly invoices, report generation and reconciliation, updating monthly power point presentations for our client and managing project workflows. Additionally, you will work with IT and Delivery teams, maintain organized records, and identify inefficiencies in the current invoice process to suggest improvements.

What you will be doing:
As a Program Coordinator, you will work with all levels of our team, including our program managers, program operations manager, field inspectors, and IT support group. You will provide a variety of administrative support to ensure our various rebate programs meets goal. Other responsibilities include: 

  • Supporting internal and external team meetings by prepping and pulling quantitative data, coordinating with project managers on qualitative inputs, coordinating with portfolio lead on agenda, hosting meeting, and documenting action items 
  • Assembling, proofing, and polishing power point presentations for client meetings 
  • Data entry as part of our invoice process and program forecasting 
  • Creating Excel formulas, pivot tables, and macros on a daily basis 
  • Managing various invoicing processes, performing QA reviews with project managers, and submitting for client approval. Coordination with various team members to ensure all invoices are processed timely and free of omissions and errors 
  • Leading communication with IT group, monitoring IT tickets, and recommending improvements based on use of IT tools 
  • Monitoring program metrics and identifying and evaluating trends in the data 
  • Maintaining and updating shared files, resources, and program documents
  • Staying up to date with energy efficiency technologies through avenues that best suit your learning style 
  • Learning, maintaining, and updating process workflows and team manuals 

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications): 

  • BS/BA degree in Business, Economics, Energy, Environmental Science, Information Technology or related discipline (candidates can substitute one year of experience for each year of education)  
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in administering or providing operational support of successful projects or programs (preferred in energy, sustainability, or environmental industry) or related work experience   

What we would like you to have:

  • Knowledge of the utility and energy efficiency, demand response, and distributed energy resource programs and markets 
  • Certifications related to operational excellence (PMP, Six Sigma, etc.) and/or industry specific certificates (LEED, BPI, RESNET, etc.)   
  • Advanced MS Excel experience and skills 
  • Experience with Power BI (or similar data visualization tool)

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$55,388.00 - $94,160.00
