We're on the hunt for a full-time Commercial Counsel to join our dynamic Legal team based in Tel Aviv.

What you will be doing?

  • Partner closely with our Sales and Business teams to support deal-making and drive growth.
  • Provide legal guidance to cross-functional teams on vendor agreements and procurement-related matters.
  • Lead negotiations and draft a variety of commercial contracts.
  • Review and revise customer templates, terms and conditions, NDAs, and other legal documents.
  • Opportunity to engage in additional legal areas depending on business needs, which may include intellectual property, privacy, employment, compliance, and corporate governance.



Requirements

  • A licensed attorney with 2 - 4 years of post-internship experience, either in-house at a tech company or at a leading law firm.
  • Strong background in commercial law, with a focus on technology and SaaS agreements.
  • Knowledge of intellectual property law—especially in the context of media, licensing, or software—is a strong plus.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A highly motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in both Hebrew and English, written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working with legal and business technology tools.
