We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Analyst to join our dynamic and growing information security team. The Sr. Security Analyst will work with Fullsteam and Fullsteam’s Business Units to complete quarterly access reviews. The candidate will work closely with Fullsteam Business Units to implement best practices for securing human and non-human identities.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Ensure Business Units complete quarterly access reviews to comply with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and in defense against threat actors.

· Partner with identity architects to align internal stakeholders to identity and access management standards and strategies.

· Engage with Business Unit Technical Staff to train identity administrators on identity and access management strategy and procedures.

· Ensure multi-factor authentication is enabled for all accounts at Fullsteam.

· Assist in Security events and incidents providing advice and guidance on identity and access management best practices.

· Perform assessments of access controls and identity management systems.

· Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in identity and access management.

Primary Qualifications:

· 5+ years of experience in identity and access management.

· Experience designing and operating large volume of access reviews.

· Strong understanding of identity and access management best practices and technologies.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex environments and develop effective security solutions.

· Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating security concepts and strategies to a diverse audience.

· Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive security initiatives across multiple business units.

· Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CIAM, CIGE) are desirable.

· Great communication skills

· Knowledge of cloud security IAM concepts and roles.
