What will I be doing?

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and teammates across the business to help find, engage, and hire exceptional candidates. While your initial focus will be on Go-to-Market roles, you’ll jump in wherever help is needed — including engineering and other teams.

Here are a few things you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting offers
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to understand role requirements and keep things moving smoothly
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout
  • Stay organized with tools like Greenhouse and help keep our recruiting workflow on track
  • Support a variety of hiring needs across different teams, shifting gears as priorities evolve

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in fast-moving or tech-driven environments
  • Ability to shift priorities and manage multiple open roles across departments
  • Strong sourcing and applicant tracking system (ATS) skills — Greenhouse a plus
  • Comfort engaging with senior managers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
  • A collaborative, flexible approach to solving recruiting challenges
  • Familiarity with Predictive Index is a strong asset
