Job Position: Head of Marketing

Work Arrangement: Remote (LATAM and EA based)

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 5 PM EST

Role Overview:

As Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for scaling our lead generation engine from 1 to 100. We've built a solid 0–1 foundation—now we need a strategic, hands-on marketing leader who can turn our marketing function into a consistent growth machine. You’ll own the full marketing funnel, lead a team, run experiments, and execute high-leverage campaigns across paid, organic, and brand initiatives.

Your Impact

You’ll 3x net new leads in two quarters, drive lead-to-call conversions above 70%, and lower our CAC while increasing LTV. Your ability to scale systems and campaigns will fuel Pearl’s growth, helping us close more high-quality deals and build deeper client relationships. You’ll be a key voice in company strategy and a driver of real revenue outcomes.

Purpose of Your Role

To architect and execute a high-performance marketing function that consistently generates qualified leads. You’ll refine what’s working, replace what’s not, and innovate new growth channels—all while managing a nimble team and collaborating cross-functionally to align our brand and go-to-market motion.

Key Metrics You Own
  • 3x growth in net new leads generated within two quarters
  • 70%+ lead-to-booked call conversion rate
  • Improved CAC to LTV ratio through optimized campaigns

Key Responsibilities
Growth & Lead Generation
  • Launch and scale high-performing lead generation strategies across paid and organic channels
  • Own demand generation efforts, constantly testing new tactics and campaigns
  • Drive consistent monthly acquisition of qualified, sales-ready leads
Marketing Operations
  • Manage the full funnel—SEO, PPC, email, content, and social—to optimize conversion
  • Own messaging frameworks, conversion rate optimization, and campaign performance tracking
  • Improve marketing automation and workflows to increase velocity and clarity
Team Leadership
  • Build and lead a high-output marketing team
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s to guide execution, set priorities, and support growth
  • Hire and onboard new marketing talent as the function scales
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • With Sales:
    • Align messaging and lead scoring to support efficient handoff and conversion
    • Develop sales enablement assets and insight-sharing loops

  • With Recruitment:
    • Drive employer brand campaigns to source top talent
    • Optimize candidate funnels using targeted marketing

  • With Client Success:
    • Leverage client feedback to refine positioning and outreach
    • Collaborate on case studies and testimonial marketing

Requirements

Must-Haves (Non-Negotiables)
  • You’ve grown a company from 1 to 100 and led successful marketing orgs
  • You’ve managed teams of individual contributors and know how to build one from scratch
  • You’ve tested and learned from 10+ lead gen strategies—you speak data, not hype
  • You’ve worked in a key decision-making role at a US company
  • You can move fast, iterate confidently, and prioritize impact over fluff

Tools & Skills
  • Deep understanding of SEO, paid acquisition, email marketing, and CRM systems
  • Data-driven approach to marketing—comfortable analyzing metrics and making fast decisions
  • Clear, persuasive communicator across multiple mediums
  • Experienced with marketing tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms
