Job description

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Operations Representative (COR) to join our growing team. In this role, you will support our Client Results team, ensuring the seamless delivery of client engagements by managing key operational and administrative tasks. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and Client Engagement Directors to help drive exceptional service and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution across client engagements
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, managing project timelines, and organizing documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery
  • Maintain and update project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
  • Coordinate and facilitate Zoom meetings, take notes, and track action items
  • Monitor client communications and ensure timely responses or follow-ups
  • Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency

Requirements

  • Based in Latin America or the Caribbean
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive and resourceful with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable internet connection and home office setup
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com and Zoom is a plus
  • Experience in client services, operations, or administrative support preferred

Working Hours
  • 30–40 hours per week
  • Flexibility across time zones, ideally aligned with EST, CET, or PST


    System Requirements
    • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
    • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 4 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
    • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
    • A webcam
    • Noise-canceling USB Headset
    • Quiet, Dedicated Home Office
    • Smartphone
