NetSuite Admin Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy NetSuite Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and administration for our NetSuite ERP system. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system operation, resolve issues, and support enhancements and integrations across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users on NetSuite ERP functionalities.
Monitor and manage support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
Assist in user management, including role-based access control, permissions, and new user setup.
Identify and document system bugs, errors, and enhancement opportunities.
Coordinate with vendors or developers for system updates, patches, or integrations.
Support departments such as finance, operations, and sales with NetSuite-related inquiries.
Assist in report creation and dashboard customization based on user needs.
Perform data imports, exports, and audits to ensure data integrity.
Participate in testing and training for new features or module rollouts.
Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 1-3 years experience supporting NetSuite ERP (or other ERP platforms).
Familiarity with diverse NetSuite modules
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, or SuiteAnalytics is a plus.
Experience with ticketing systems is an advantage.
Preferred Attributes:
NetSuite Administrator Certification (a plus).
Experience with data migration or integration tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi).
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
