JOB DESCRIPTION:
 

The Senior Finance Analyst is responsible for working closely with business leaders to provide insights that support informed decision-making. This role plays a critical part in driving financial efficiency and supporting strategic financial planning.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The main mission of the Sr. FA will be Central FP&A related with these particular duties:

  • Monthly detailed revenue forecast
  • Collaborating with business units to build Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and quarterly forecasts
  • Providing insights on variances to AOP, quarterly forecasts and prior month forecasts
  • Support EMEA/APAC deal renewals & new signatures, with constant focus to deliver improved bottom line performance on every client deal.
  • Monitor project margins and provide meaningful insights
  • Forecasting cloud and back office cost and performing variance analysis
  • Ad-hoc analysis, assisting in key projects and business support when required.

REQUIREMENTS:
 
  • Advanced English level
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in FP&A team
  • Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Proficiency in multiple ERP systems.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and financial software applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • CPA, ACCA, or CFA certification is a plus.
