ambitious and enthusiastic new talent. We are looking for you as experienced Account Executive (gn) in the U.S. to join our team. The position is available immediately in full-time (40 hours per week).

Your Role
  • You identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the process
  • manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • You conduct consultative sales conversations with C-level executives, plant managers, and operational stakeholders
  • You present our platform and value proposition through live demos, proposals, and compelling business cases
  • You manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
  • You collaborate with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align
  • customer needs with product capabilities
  • You maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM and deliver reliable sales forecasts
  • You represent our company and product at industry events, trade shows, and webinars
  • You continuously gather feedback from the market to inform go-to-market strategy
Your Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
  • At least 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, industrial technology, or analytics solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience with consultative selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic scale-up
  • environment
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus depending on the target region
