This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Client timezone: Singapore Time (GMT +8)

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to directly support a successful entrepreneur in managing multiple international business ventures. As the Virtual Assistant, you’ll serve as the crucial link between the executive, clients, and potential partners, handling vital communication and administrative functions that keep operations running smoothly. You’ll have the unique opportunity to learn about different business sectors while developing your professional skills in a remote-first environment. This role offers significant growth potential and exposure to international business practices.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive research projects and compile findings for executive review
  • Manage professional communication with international clients and partners via email, WhatsApp, and video calls
  • Execute timely follow-ups on pending matters, ensuring no communication exceeds 7-day response time
  • Handle initial partner outreach and provide standardized information about collaboration opportunities
  • Maintain detailed communication logs and activity tracking
  • Process and respond to routine client inquiries using established templates and guidelines
  • Provide high-level administrative support for daily operations
  • Screen and prioritize incoming communications
  • Coordinate with executive on complex matters requiring specialized attention


Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in virtual assistance or administrative support
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with video conferencing platforms and modern office software
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities
  • Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently
  • Professional phone manner and confidence in handling client video calls
  • Must be based in the Philippines with stable internet connection
  • Comfortable working Singapore business hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
