Job Description

  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria for various mortgage products and services
  • Schedule qualified prospects for consultations with senior mortgage professionals
  • Maintain detailed records of contact attempts and conversation outcomes
  • Manage an efficient appointment calendar using provided scheduling tools
  • Navigate conversations with cultural sensitivity and professional courtesy
  • Protect and maintain strict confidentiality of all prospect information
  • Achieve daily and weekly contact and appointment-setting targets
  • Participate in team meetings and performance review sessions
  • Adapt calling strategies based on response patterns and success metrics


Requirements
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Spanish (strongly preferred but not required)
  • Clear and professional phone presence with neutral accent
  • Previous experience in US real estate, mortgage, or financial services preferred but not required.
  • Ability to explain basic mortgage concepts clearly and confidently
  • Proficiency with calendar management and basic computer systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently while following established protocols
  • Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information
