As a Staff Success Manager at Virtual Coworker, you're responsible for the full staff experience from
pre-placement to long-term success. You’re there from the beginning: prepping staff for interviews,
guiding them through onboarding, and supporting them through their first day and beyond.
You’ll also be expected to proactively develop and roll out initiatives that keep staff engaged,
well-prepared, and aligned with Virtual Coworker’s standards. Whether it’s a new onboarding resource,
an engagement activity, or a support check-in process — you’ll bring ideas to the table and lead with
care.
Collaboration with the Client Relationship Manager is key — together, you’ll resolve issues quickly, ensure
a strong contractor-client relationship, and maintain Virtual Coworker’s performance and reputation
across every placement.
Key Responsibilities
• Prep staff before client interviews to ensure readiness and confidence
• Lead onboarding and welcome processes for successful hires
• Conduct regular check-ins post-placement to monitor performance and wellbeing
• Be the first point of contact for staff concerns or questions
• Roll out internal engagement initiatives and support programs
• Collaborate with Client Managers to identify and resolve issues early
• Ensure Virtual Coworker values and expectations are upheld across all placements
• Track staff experience and satisfaction, escalating concerns where necessary
• Maintain strong communication and support across a high-volume staff portfolio of
approximately 100 staff members (volume may vary)
