Sourcing Specialist

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our Recruiting team full time for a 1-2 month project. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent and a passion for identifying and engaging with top candidates on LinkedIn. This role is critical in helping us build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify, attract, and engage with potential candidates for a variety of roles.
  
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Database Management: Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interaction.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools and platforms.
  
• Having experience with sourcing for Customer Support roles is a plus
  
• Must be available to start immediately
  

• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter
  
• Needs basic level of English or more 
  

• Highly motivated and results-driven.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Adaptable and open to learning new techniques and technologies.
