Position Title: Insurance Broker Admin Assistant
Work Set-up: Work from Home
Salary: Php 35,000.00 – Php 40,000.00
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT

As an Insurance Broker Admin Assistant: You will play a pivotal role in supporting Account Brokers by providing efficient and proactive administrative assistance. You will handle policy-related activities from pre-renewal to post-renewal, contribute to the accuracy of quotations and documentation. This role requires precision, initiative, and a customer-first approach, aligning with the company's values of transparency, integrity, and advocacy. You will be part of a collaborative and agile team, contributing to their mission of empowering clients and delivering exceptional insurance solutions.


JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A INSURANCE BROKER ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities as Insurance Broker Admin Assistant:

• Provide daily administrative support to Account Brokers.
• Assist in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal insurance policy processes.
• Draft, prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
• Issue renewal invites and ensure timely client follow-up and payment tracking.
• Manage and update client records and interactions in WinBEAT and HubSpot CRM
systems.
• Support the claims process by liaising between clients, insurers, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, delivering services in an honest and ethical manner.
• Contribute to reporting, compliance documentation, and support operational workflows.
Qualifications as a Insurance Broker Admin Assistant:
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Minimum of 1 year insurance administration or brokerage support experience highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience using WinBEAT and HubSpot is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Analytical, adaptable, and a proactive team player with a client-first attitude.
