The Gogo Corporate Legal & HR Project Manager will support our Legal and People Experience departments with various project management tasks as required by these teams. We are seeking a seasoned professional with 6-8 years of experience supporting fast-paced, highly energetic, goal-oriented corporate teams.

How will you make a difference?

  • Project Management:
    • Manage various projects as assigned by legal and human resources
    • Manage and/or assist with software implementation projects
    • Perform data gathering and analysis for legal and HR teams
    • Creation of analytical dashboards as needed  
  • Contract Management:
    • Managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle in ONIT, including the contract renewal process;
    • Responsible for reviewing contracts and business records on behalf of the legal department;
    • Assist ONIT-end users in uploading contracts and business records into the system ;
    • Ensure contracts are executed in accordance with corporate and legal requirements and posted in ONIT;
    • Monitor the progress of existing contracts in ONIT and ensure that all parties fulfill their obligations in a timely fashion;
    • Coordinate with different departments and stakeholders to gather necessary information and approvals and ensure that all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
    • Research a contract’s terms, alerting parties to renewals or extensions, and tracking all communications between legal and various business owners;
    • Provide training and guidance to team members and other departments on contract management and policies;
    • Prepare and present detailed contract reports to management;
    • Maintain updated contract templates and coordinate company-wide communications when there are changes in the department or processes that all employees should be aware of; and
    • Maintain the Legal Contract Management SharePoint site including modifications, updates and changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or Communication, or equivalent combination of formal training and professional experience
  • 6+ years’ experience as a project manager, contract administrator, or other related position

Equal Pay Disclosure(s)

Base Pay:

88,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD Annual

Target Annual Short-Term Incentive:

Bonus Plan at 10% (% of Annualized Base Pay)
