About the role
As a Digital Marketing whizz with experience in Community Management and Copywriting, you will have an important role in providing support to the content and social teams across a number of exciting projects in France. You will be required to immerse yourself in both the foodservice and luxury lifestyle worlds, learning quickly and honing your skills and knowledge across these distinct yet dynamic industries. We are looking for someone who really understands audiences and how to appeal to them and can turn their hand to a number of different subject matters with ease.
Your role will be crucial in assisting the team by crafting high-performing content for foodservice audiences, managing community engagement for jewellery and diamond-related social channels, and ensuring that all communications are relevant, on-brand, and tailored to multifaceted audiences in France.
What you’ll do
· Write editorial, social, and CRM content tailored to a foodservice audience, with a focus on SEO and performance goals
· Interview food service operators and professionals to create audience-focused editorial
Engage and moderate French-speaking communities on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and Reddit, commenting and responding to comments in an active and agile way to create and foster engagement and conversation
Collaborate with global teams to align content and community strategies across diverse subject matters
· Plan, ideate, and execute content across multiple channels while adapting tone and messaging to suit different audience needs
· Monitor social audience sentiment, track engagement metrics, and report insights to inform future content and social direction
· Support influencer collaborations and help guide conversations around the luxury lifestyle category
· Monitor platform updates and social trends to identify creative opportunities or adjustments that could benefit content strategy
About you
· 3+ years of experience in digital content creation and social media community management
· Exceptional writing skills in French with the ability to switch tones and subject matter depending on the audience and experience writing for multiple industries
· Strong understanding of French digital and social media behaviours and platform-specific best practices
· Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines and quality standards
· Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and CMS platforms
· Bonus: Experience in either the food industry or the luxury jewellery sector is a strong advantage
