Job description

Role Summary
The 180 Recruiter is focused on the candidate side of the hiring process. You’ll partner with 
Account Managers to identify, engage, and place top-tier talent with our clients across 
various industries. You’ll own sourcing, screening, candidate relationships, and contribute 
to client success.


Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Screen candidates for experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Maintain ownership of the candidate experience from outreach to placement.
- Schedule and prep candidates for interviews; manage feedback loops.
- Use CRM to track activities, pipelines, and communication.
- Provide talent market insights to support the sales team.
- Maintain clean data and follow up proactively.
- Stay up to date with trends in recruiting and target industries.


What Success Looks Like
- Weekly submission targets met consistently.
- Candidates progress quickly through the pipeline.
- Positive candidate and client feedback.
- Proactive collaboration with sales/account managers.


What We’re Looking For
- Experience recruiting in agency or fast-paced environments.
- Fluent in English (C1+), especially for phone screening.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Organized, process-driven, and accountable.
- Growth mindset and adaptability.
- Familiarity with US market is a plus.

Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.
- 10 days PTO + 8 public holidays.
- Eligible for additional PTO based on performance:
