Description

Nayax is looking looking for a strategic, collaborative, and hands-on leader to manage and scale Nayax’s global Sales Enablement function. This leader will drive alignment across marketing, sales, product, and customer-facing teams to ensure that employees, partners, and customers are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and training to succeed. This role includes direct management of three professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a global team of enablement and education professionals, fostering a high-performance culture centered on learning, innovation, and collaboration
  • Define the global strategy and roadmap for sales enablement aligned with Nayax’s business goals, product strategy, and brand narrative.
  • Represent the function within the senior marketing leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing & Education.
  • Align enablement and education initiatives with business KPIs, including sales productivity, onboarding effectiveness, retention, win rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Design and implement scalable sales enablement programs that improve onboarding, product knowledge, and sales readiness.
  • Establish measurable KPIs for all enablement programs and monitor their impact using data dashboards and analytics.
  • Partner with GTM teams to develop battle cards, playbooks, competitive intelligence briefs, and objection-handling tools.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools and platforms (e.g., chatbots, smart content assistants, auto-tagging content) to personalize, scale, and optimize enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure that enablement and education materials reinforce Nayax’s tone of voice, brand identity, and market positioning.
  • Partner with data and operations teams to monitor performance of training, knowledge usage, and sales readiness through BI tools and dashboards.
  • Ensure regional localization strategies are aligned with global goals and customer/partner expectations.
  • Champion innovation in how we enable and educate teams by exploring AI, machine learning, and automation across learning and communications touchpoints.



Requirements

Requirements:

  •  5 + years of experience in sales enablement, product education, or knowledge management, preferably in B2B SaaS or fintech.
  • Strong background in KPI-driven strategy execution, with experience defining, tracking, and reporting performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technologies that enhance learning, training delivery, knowledge sharing, and automation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across marketing, product, and sales teams to drive alignment and business impact.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with enablement, KMS and LMS platforms, such as Highspot, Lighthouse KMS & Guidde
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
