Parexel is currently seeking an experienced project manager to support one of our key sponsors in the EMEA through a change management plan. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working as a Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering the change management plan within defined timelines, working closely with senior leadership to ensure delivery.

Some specifics about this advertised role

Revise and implement the project plan and deadlines, including the communication plan.
Track, measure and report progress made on all gaps and workstreams to all stakeholders and the project team
Create slide decks for project team meetings
Work with the workstream teams to update all workstream charters with updates
Flag risks and issues impacting release to project team
Create executive summary for weekly and monthly updates to support senior leadership.
Lead and facilitate all updates made by SMEs to op manual and appendices, including ensuring all reviews completed and final version is ready for transfer to the end team
Organise and support meetings with all stakeholders and/or CRO partners.
Organise in-person/hybrid manual pressure test workshop
