JOB SUMMARY

Performs tasks involved in interfacing all reporting systems/accounting transactions into the general ledger for respective functional areas (e.g. ACIS for revenue, A/R, cash, cost of sales and inventory, Workday financials, JD Edwards for all areas, etc.).
Responsible for proper and accurate recording of all financial transactions within area of responsibility.
Responsible for maintaining timely and accurate financial reconciliations for respective functional areas.
Performs research work and interfaces with field personnel, financial analysts and/or management to communicate findings.
Assists special projects, including the preparation of schedules for the outside auditors.
Performs other related duties as directed by manager.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Education or experience equivalent to a four year college degree is required.
At least three years related experience is required.
