WP Engine is hiring a Senior Analyst – Marketing Analytics to join our Business Insights team, a central function supporting teams across Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Experience.

In this role, you’ll be the dedicated analytics partner to Marketing—helping shape how we measure performance, optimise spend, and grow pipeline. You’ll collaborate with Analytics Product Managers, Data Engineering, and key partners in Marketing to deliver trusted insights, scalable analytics solutions, and data-driven recommendations that guide strategy and accelerate growth.

This is a strategic, high-impact role with autonomy, ownership, and a direct line of influence on how Marketing & the business grows.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate Data into Insights: Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide campaign strategy, budget allocation, and content performance. Deliver the “so what” behind the numbers.

  • Advise with Influence: Act as a thought partner to Marketing leadership—sharing proactive performance readouts and recommendations to shape go-to-market plans

  • Develop Insightful Scaled Analytics Products: Build and maintain scalable analytics products, including dashboards, curated datasets, reporting templates, and self-serve tools

  • Strengthen Data Foundations: Partner with Data Engineering to define reliable data models and support campaign tracking, QA, and cross-platform consistency

  • Enable Experimentation & Planning: Support forecasting, scenario modelling, and test-and-learn analysis to improve marketing efficiency and pipeline performance

  • Continuously Monitor & Improve: Monitor key KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, lead velocity, pipeline coverage) and proactively flag trends, risks, or anomalies to drive better outcomes

Required Experience
  • 5+ years in analytics, BI, or strategy roles, with 3+ years focused on marketing analytics (B2B SaaS strongly preferred)

  • Advanced SQL skills; proficiency with Looker and Tableau

  • Experience in funnel analysis, multi-touch attribution, lead scoring, and ROI modelling

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Segment (or similar CDP), and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot)

  • Strong communicator with a proven ability to turn analysis into actionable insights for senior stakeholders

  • Understanding of data modelling, ETL workflows, QA processes, and scalable reporting infrastructure

Preferred Experience
  • Master’s degree or MBA in Analytics, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

  • Familiarity with additional BI tools such as Google Sheets, or Data Studio

  • Experience using dbt for transformation and documentation

  • Scripting / automation skills (e.g., Python or R)

  • Exposure to data science techniques such as predictive modelling, regression analysis, or propensity scoring

Base Salary Range

zł220,000.00 - zł330,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
