Essential Functions and Primary Duties:
- Provide full-cycle Acumatica ERP implementation, integration, and post go-live client support
- Design and prepare training materials and effectively conduct client training
- Communicate with clients on implementing third-party independent software vendor (ISV) solutions that are unique to their business model and approach
- Evaluate technical options and engage in high-level problem solving and troubleshooting for clients ERP systems and business process issues
- Use of knowledge and expertise in ERP implementation to navigate through and utilize the software vendor tools and resources, other consultants, and web resources in order to implement client resolutions in a timely matter
- Willingness to actively participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on ERP systems
- Grow and maintain working knowledge of accounting and standard business processes to effectively discuss and direct key ERP system functionality with clients
- Proficient in creating and modifying custom reports and data query designs
- Identify issues and provide fixes, implement enhancements, and manage multiple clients through efficient task management
- Implement enhancements to application
- Communicate effectively with business partners when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2-3+ years of Mid-Market Acumatica ERP Implementation Experience, Business Analyst, or power-user experience (Sage Intacct, Acumatica, D365, netsuite, etc)
- Previous experience working with clients in the construction industry or related field
- Strong technical skills within ERP implementation (configuration, data design, reporting, customization, training, is a plus)
- Some experience in software development, technical application support, or related field
- Great analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Understanding of basic business workflows and accounting processes
- Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve licenses
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- 3 years of experience in related field
- Achieve professional certifications relative to area of expertise, must have and preserve required licenses
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Presentation skills mandatory
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
The annual salary target for this job in this market is $100,000-$130,000. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
