When you join us, you will:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-quality Java applications.
• Drive architectural decisions and ensure alignment with client and business needs.
• Forge a strong technical partnership with your business counterpart, proactively understanding their needs and providing technical guidance and support for projects and operational activities.
• Take technical ownership of problems and outages, driving the team to follow correct Problem Reporting mechanisms and contributing to root cause analysis.
• Lead technical communication with engineers to facilitate seamless development and effective troubleshooting within an agile scrum environment.

What we'd like to see in a candidate:

• Extensive broad-based IT experience with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex applications and/or developing effective technical solutions to diverse and challenging business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts, influence technical decisions, and present technical recommendations.
• Solid technical foundation in AWS Cloud, Java, and React technologies, coupled with practical experience and a strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies.
• Experience in maintaining technical documentation and effectively communicating technical status and progress.
• Significant experience in application production support, with a deep understanding of ensuring SLAs are met and leading technical aspects of upgrades.
• Bonus points for proficiency in additional backend languages and frameworks (like Node.js).
