The Payroll Analyst plays an integral role by helping to ensure everyone gets paid accurately and on time. You will have a direct impact on the employee experience, system implementations, and have the opportunity to contribute to special projects. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in compliance, audits and assist with building sustainable processes.
Responsibilities
Process end-to-end bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees, including new hires, terminations, bonuses, and commissions
Audit timekeeping and attendance data while maintaining data integrity
Processes wage garnishments, pay levies and other involuntary court-ordered payments in a timely manner, including reporting to the necessary State office or jurisdiction.
Partner with Finance on payroll-related inquiries regarding journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
Coordinate with HR Operations, HRIS, and Benefit teams to ensure accurate employee data updates
Ensure payroll compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while supporting year-end processing
Generate payroll reports for audits and compliance needs
Respond to payroll-related inquiries and continuously identify areas for process improvement
Interacts with employees and vendors to proactively address and resolve payroll issues.
Assist the Care Centers with the reconciliation of payroll prior to transmission and final approvals.

Qualifications
Minimum 2 - 4 years’ experience in multi-state payroll processing
Accurate and rapid data entry skills
Knowledge of current payroll related laws and regulations
Highly organized and detail oriented
Excellent communication skills oral and written; able to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
Advanced HRIS and Microsoft Office applications including Vlookup and pivot tables
Demonstrate ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions
Excellent customer service skills.
UKG experience is highly preferred.
Background working in a fast paced, high-growth environment
Must be a self-starter, self- sufficient, and able to accomplish expected tasks under minimal supervision.
