The ZEN Payments team caters to the VIP acquiring needs of our clients, including merchants looking for innovative payment methods, finance teams seeking better settlements, and customers expecting an exceptional purchasing experience.

We’re Looking For a Senior Product Manager FinCrime (Worldwide/remote) To Join Our Team And Lead One (or a Few) Of The Following Project Areas

  • Ensure product compliance with regulatory requirements (build platform-wide compliance features).
  • Drive efficiency improvement in Risk Operations.
  • Improve effectiveness of the financial crime prevention platform (build capabilities that drive accurate identification of fincrime while reducing false positives).

Requirements

  • Strong product mindset with a deep understanding of the complete product development lifecycle, including Discovery, Delivery, Continuous Discovery, Hypothesis Validation, and Product Experiments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities – able to identify the right problems and lead the team to find and deliver the best solutions.
  • Evidence-led approach – able to base decisions on data, identify key metrics and their drivers, and assess the impact of product investments.
  • Strong execution skills – able to manage complex product lifecycles.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Low ego and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
  • Sound knowledge of UX principles, including consumer conversion optimisation.
  • Experience with process optimization, re-engineering, and automation.
  • Experience in implementing 3rd party technology products.
  • Nice to have: Experience with financial crime prevention, regulated products, and implementing regulations.
