Manager- Global Transfer Pricing will be responsible for below high level transfer Pricing Activities for all WP entities across the globe [ EMEA, LATAM, APAC, NA, LATAM].
Looking for 10+ Years of global TP & Tax experience with below key responsibilities.
Develop, implement, and maintain global transfer pricing policies in line with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
Prepare and manage global and local transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR).
Lead transfer pricing audits and manage tax authority inquiries in various jurisdictions.
Support intercompany transactions including services, royalties, cost sharing, and tangible goods.
Conduct benchmarking analyses using databases (e.g., TP Catalyst, Orbis, Bloomberg).
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to ensure proper implementation of TP policies.
Monitor and assess changes in global TP regulations and evaluate their impact on the business.
Work with external advisors to ensure compliance and execution of TP strategy.
Assist in global tax planning initiatives, including restructuring and M&A activity.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes related to intercompany transactions.
What You'll Bring to Numerator
Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
The candidate must be a Qualified CA with 10 years experience in global Transfer Pricing & Tax experience
