Job Description: 

We are looking for a Security Engineering Specialist to join our team and support the stability, performance, and security of our network infrastructure. This role requires deep knowledge of network security and strong troubleshooting skills in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain network security tools and policies in enterprise-level environments
• Administer and troubleshoot web filtering policies to ensure secure and efficient access control
• Actively monitor network health and respond to incidents as part of the NOC (Network Operations Center) function
• Work with technologies such as Zscaler ZIA/ZPA (strongly preferred) or Cisco Umbrella (or similar solutions)
• Investigate and resolve complex networking issues involving DNS, routing, and network architecture
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to enhance infrastructure protection strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise network environments
• Solid understanding of network topology, design, and DNS
• Proficiency in troubleshooting network security issues
• Hands-on experience with web filtering technologies
• Prior experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment

Nice to Have

• Experience managing or working with SIEM (Security Information and Event Management) tools
• Exposure to Web Application Firewalls (WAFs)
