We’re seeking a Senior BC Consultant who is ready to work on demanding, high-impact projects with clients across Europe and the US. This isn’t just another cookie-cutter implementation job—you’ll be solving tough problems, shaping smart solutions, and driving real results.

Location: Ukraine (Remote), Poland (Remote) 
Reporting to: BC Practice Leader 
POD: Delivery

 

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of project delivery—designing, configuring, and optimizing D365 BC solutions that make a real difference to our clients’ businesses. You’ll also mentor more junior consultants and help drive quality across the team.

Your typical responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, or optimization projects
  • Engaging directly with clients to analyze business requirements and define solutions
  • Designing and configuring D365 BC to align with client processes
  • Managing stakeholder expectations and project deliverables
  • Handling escalated support issues and advising on best practices
  • Mentoring junior and mid-level consultants and promoting knowledge sharing
  • Staying up to date with product developments and contributing to service improvements

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
  • Strong functional knowledge across key business areas (finance, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading client engagements and delivering full-cycle projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international teams and clients
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

Bonus points for:

  • AL development or technical experience (a plus, but not required)
  • Microsoft certifications
  • Experience in vertical solutions or integrations (e.g., EDI, Power Platform, ISVs)
