Job Role: Remote Virtual Assistant

Work Schedule: This is a full-time role (8 hours per day) (Australia) 

Salary range: $1200-$1500 AUD / Monthly

 Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organised Remote Virtual Assistant to support our remote team in day-to-day administrative tasks. Ad hoc administrative support will also be required across other teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks remotely while ensuring seamless communication and task execution.

Key Responsibilities: 

Content Creation and Design

  • Canva: Design social media graphics, slides, and course visuals.
  • Video editing: Basic edits for course and social content.
  • Content writing: Emails, social posts, and course material.

Course Management and Development

  • Kajabi: Set up and manage courses, update content.
  • Slide creation for webinars and courses.
  • Basic LMS management.

Project Management and Organization

  • Monday.com: Task tracking and team coordination.
  • GHL (Go High Level): CRM management, automated messaging.
  • SOP creation and maintenance.

Marketing and Client Management

  • Social media management (posting, engagement).
  • Email marketing (campaign setup, automation).
  • Client support (emails, DMs, technical assistance).

Technical and Administrative Support

  • Basic website updates (Kajabi).
  • Calendar management and appointment scheduling.
  • Data entry and document formatting.

Requirements
