Role Overview:
We’re seeking versatile and creative Marketing Assistants in Latin America to join our team. Whether you specialize in content creation, social media management, digital strategy, Email Marketing, Lead Generation or website optimization, if you live and breathe marketing, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage content calendars, post scheduling, and community engagement across social platforms.
  • Design marketing assets using Canva or other design tools.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns (newsletters, drip sequences, promos).
  • Support paid advertising initiatives (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads).
  • Assist in building, maintaining, or updating internal websites (WordPress, Wix, Webflow, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, and track performance.
  • Collect and analyze marketing performance data and generate regular reports.
  • Write and edit blog posts, social media captions, email copy, and landing pages.
  • Coordinate with designers, editors, or other marketing vendors as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Strong creative and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing funnels, engagement tactics, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, or platforms simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of current social trends, platform algorithms, and engagement best practices.
  • Comfort working independently, with excellent organization and time management skills.

  • Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
  • Email Marketing: Mailchimp, Flodesk, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, Constant Contact
  • Website & SEO: WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Yoast, SEMrush, Google Analytics
  • Ads: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
  • Project Management & Communication: Trello, ClickUp, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace
  • Reporting & Analytics: Meta Insights, Google Data Studio, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools

Time Commitment & Schedule:
