Location: Lancaster, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We’re seeking a California-licensed LPCC to deliver high-quality, client-centered therapy via a secure telehealth platform. You’ll support a diverse range of clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and more—while maintaining the freedom to manage your own schedule and work environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual and/or group counseling through telehealth
  • Conduct intakes, assessments, and create tailored treatment plans
  • Document sessions and treatment progress in a timely and compliant manner
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors during virtual case consultations
  • Uphold ethical standards of care and client confidentiality

Requirements

  • Active LPCC license in the state of California (Required)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years post-licensure clinical experience (preferred)
  • Skilled in working with adults, adolescents, or specialized populations (e.g., trauma, LGBTQIA+, BIPOC)
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Comfortable using electronic health records and telehealth systems
  • Passionate, empathetic, and committed to client success
